Hello, my name is Alison Ramsey I am 19 and from Belfast.

In October 2012 I attended Selection, originally for 12 months.
In March 2013 I had to change to 8 months

I then spent the summer as a residential volunteer at a family centre in Belfast.

In September 2013 I found I was going to CAMBODIA
In October 2013 I found my partner Gwen (same selection course)
In December 2013 I attended training on Coll
In January 2014 we head to Cambodia.

We will be living and working in a MAGNA childrens home, 30 mins south of Phnom Penh which houses 47 children ages from 3-20 years old. Here we will help with the children's day to day care, run activities for the younger kids while the older are at school and then take English and Art classes for everybody.
As well as this we will be involved in some admin work up in the main office in Phnom Penh.
